LTD Material is growing to meet the increasing demands of our industry partners. In addition to our current operations, we are expanding into a new 88,000 sq. ft. facility—a major step forward in scaling production, enhancing capabilities, and supporting future innovation.

Current operations include:

• 38,000 sq. ft. machining facility with state-of-the-art CNC, slicing, and cutting technologies
• 25,000 sq. ft. fabrication plant equipped with advanced annealing and finishing equipment
• Two ISO Class 5 cleanrooms used for final cleaning and nitrogen-purged packaging

Our engineering team brings an average of 25 years of experience across materials including quartz, ceramic, silicon, silicon carbide, and metals. From prototype to production, our machinists, engineers, and support staff collaborate closely with customers to ensure precision, reliability, and results—on time and on budget.
